I placed an order online from a catalogue I received on Aug. 27, 2022. Received an email stating that my order was shipped on Aug. 30, 2022. I never received the order and when using the tracking number the message on USPS website stated that they were awaiting receipt of the package . I called the company and was answered promplty via email and a refund minus the shipping and handling was applied to my credit card. Unfortunately, I will not order from this company again.

I love the shoes I purchased. They are very comfortable and arrived in a timely manner.

We ordered a couple of items, got the correct items in a timely manner and were satisfied and pleased.

Of all the catalogs I receive, yours is the best! The items are great as advertised.Also, I didn't have to wait a long time to get what I ordered and That is really important to me. If and when I need something I will be looking at your catalog first for sure. So thankyou Easy Comforts!!!

I have had several experiences recently trying to order items and changing an order. My experiences have been so bad that if someone else told me they'd experienced these things I'm not sure I'd believe them.
I don't have the time or inclination to detail them all
and you need more help than my feedback could provide. If you care about customer service, I strongly suggest that you have trusted staff members call to place orders to see what they experience. I think you'll find that some substantial change is needed.

placed an order (s0348374739) severalo weeks ago.
never received order, vever receive any response from easy comforts. just now checked old order to see their comment that "this item is not in stock".
i should have notified at that time and not kept waiting for a shipment to arrive.
will not do any more business with EASY COMFORTS.

Disappointed in products, but I should've known better. The cover for the recliner is too thin and will quickly tear or not last very long. The microwave crisper has not been used, and the personal megaphone just didn't work.

I ordered parts for (rear wheels) a Guardian walker. I received wheels for the front swivel wheel. I received
no confirmation or if they credited my credit card. I very un happy with the experience. The walker was less than
a year old and should have been replaced under warranty. I will not be doing business with Easy Comfort in the future.

I purchased a toilet seat riser. I ordered the wrong one first and they made return very easy. I then ordered the elongated toilet seat riser and received it within a few days. It was easy for my husband to install. I have ALS and this simple product has made it MUCH easier for me to transfer on and off the toilet. I feel much safer. Thank you Easy Comforts.

I ordered the support stockings for a road trip we were taking. They initial postage was $8.95 but I wanted them fast, so I paid the extra $3.00 for express shipping.
The entire package could have been sent for a lot less money than that since it barely weighed 2 ounces. They should have arrived before we left on our trip but DID NOT. Very disappointed in this company!!!
